This one came highly recommended by fellow campers, but I didn’t love it. It felt more like a suburban RV park — packed in, lined-up rigs, and a cul-de-sac vibe that’s just not my thing. The lake looked nice but was trashed when I visited.
The place was full — I got the last available spot, which added to the cramped feel. Trails were lacking, and the layout wasn’t exactly dog-friendly.
If you like the social RV crowd or retirement park energy, maybe it hits different — but not for me.

Wouldn’t go back.
