Loved this place. Beautiful wooded sites, great hiking, and a relaxed vibe overall. Stayed for a few weeks and would happily return. Not full marks for scenery — the lake is a bit swampy and there are gators 🐊, so it’s not exactly a place you or your dog should jump in. Worth noting if you're visiting from out of the region. Some party energy on weekends knocked privacy down a bit, but overall still a top-tier stop.
